Preparing for Retirement?

Plan on attending an upcoming Pre-Retirement Seminar!

It is never too early to start planning for retirement! WEA-Cascade UniServ Council (your WEA regional office) is sponsoring retirement seminars for our members in 2017-2018. These seminars are designed for union members who are planning for retirement, and are presented by qualified WEA-Retired representatives. The cost of the seminar is $45, or $35 for WEA-Retired members.

Seminars are 11 hours long over two days, from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Friday and from 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday. Meals will be provided. Seminars will be held at the WEA-Cascade UniServ Council Office in Bothell. Members may choose from the following dates:

Saturday, October 28

Friday, January 12
Saturday, January 13

Friday, February 2
Saturday, February 3

Friday, March 23
Saturday, March 24

• Long Term Care

• Financial Planning

• Estate Planning

• Deferred Compensation

• Staff Retirement

• And More!

Space is limited and registration is required. No registrations will be accepted over the phone, by email, or in person. Due to limited space, spouses (unless a WEA member) will not be able to attend 2017-2018 seminars.

Registration will fill up fast, so register early to secure your spot!

Our Policies - Please Read:

**Prior Attendance Policy:
Members who have not previously attended a retirement seminar will be given first priority for registration through Wednesday, September 27. If you have attended before you may be moved to another seminar date or placed on the waitlist.

**Cancellation Policy:
No refunds for cancellations within two (2) weeks of the seminar date or for no shows.

**Registration Policy:
Each person may only register for one seminar date per school year.
